The Sandbach Directory (established May 2006) is one of five community magazines forming part of
The Effective Directories group.
It is hand-delivered directly through the letterboxes of 11,200 different homes across the Sandbach area over a two-month period. Our magazines are printed monthly and distributed in two phases—5,600 homes one month, followed by a different 5,600 homes the next.
This approach maximises coverage across the area while helping to keep advertising costs cost-effective. It also increases the lifespan of each edition, as readers tend to keep their copy until the next one arrives. In addition, this method supports a more environmentally responsible approach by reducing unnecessary waste.
Alongside residential delivery, copies are distributed every month to high street businesses, local libraries, and key community information points.
Our coverage includes central Sandbach, Sandbach Heath, Elworth, Wheelock, Ettiley Heath, and parts of Smallwood, Arclid, and Winterley. We continually review and expand our distribution, recently incorporating newer developments such as Elworth Hall Farm, Farriers Green, Saxon Lea, Heron Way, Elworth Park, Elworth Gardens, Gilberts Cross, the Texaco Estate, Bramley Wood, The Cross, Abbey Fields, and Albion Locks.
